Lodge Rooms:

Our lodge rooms require a seven (7) day change or cancellation notice .  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for the purpose of guaranteeing your reservation..  These accounts will not be charged until your arrival.  If you are paying by another method, a one night deposit must be received within 72 hours of your reservation to avoid having your room released.  In the case of a no-show , the entire charge for the amount of your reservation will be placed on your credit card unless we are able to fill the unused portion. Cancellations by email will not be accepted, even if received. For your convenience, a unique confirmation will be generated so that you may track and/or confirm the status of your request.

Larger Units:

     All of our larger units require a one night deposit at the time of the reservation, with a two night minimum.  If cancellation is made 30 or more days before arrival date a refund of the deposit less a $15 processing fee will be returned.  Once inside of the 30 days the deposit becomes a one night non-refundable room payment. All other standard Lodge Room policies apply.

     ** These rates do not include tax.  There is a no children policy in effect for the Chalet.  Two people per room regardless of age and no making beds on sofas or chairs.

Bradford Policies:

*  All of our rooms are non-smoking.  We will provide ashtrays for smoking on the balconies. Guests found to be smoking indoor will be charged a $50.00 deodorizing fee and a separate charge for any additional damages.

*  Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the grounds of Bradford on the Lake.  Should a pet be discovered in the room, you will be billed a $100.00 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

*  No refunds for early departure.  No-shows and early departures will be billed for the amount of your original reservation unless we are able to fill the unused portion.

*  Check in is any time after 3 pm and check out is by 11 am for lodge rooms and 10 am for all other units.  If room is not vacated by the check out time without prior approval an additional night will be added to your room charge.

*There will be a $15 lost key fee for each key not returned at time of check-out.

*  You are responsible for leaving the room in the same condition (with normal use) as it was found when you arrived.  The registered guest will be held responsible for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

**  This property is privately owned and operated.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles .
